商标局受理商标注册申请后，该商标是否就一定能够得到核准注册
不一定。商标局受理注册申请后，还需对申请注册的商标进行初步审查，符合商标法要求的，才予以公告。在公告以后三个月内，若有人对该商标提出异议，商标局还需对此作出异议成立与否的裁定，决定该商标是否能够核准注册。
